Don’t live in the past or in the future.


You can only do for you what you can do right NOW. There is no other time than NOW.

Worrying about something that has already happened is a waste of your time, you can’t change it but you can learn from it.

Worrying about the Future is a waste of time as you don’t know what is ever going to happen.

You can take all the tools and information from the past and use them NOW, to help create a future that you want whilst staying in the PRESENT.

Everything changes so quickly, have a quick look back to a few months (without living in the past) and look how everyone’s lives changed over night.

Don’t let your mind wander into the future thinking all the worst possible outcomes, the how’s, the what’s, the when’s, the if’s. This is not living, this is merely existing whilst creating dread and anxiety.

Try to stay with what you are doing NOW, in this PRESENT MOMENT. There is no other time but NOW.

You can’t always control what goes on around you, but you can control what goes on inside you.

If you find yourself wandering, just pay attention to your breath, inhale to the count of 3, exhale to the count of 3, until you bring you back into you, or else just drop and do ten pushups .
